Royal Instal System is a company based in Dąbrowa Górnicza. We do two things: heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems in Silesia, and industrial and process burners throughout Poland.
Who we are
Royal Instal System is a company based in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Poland. The largest part of our work today is air conditioning — we install it in houses, apartments, offices and service premises across Silesia. Alongside that we do mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, hydronic and warm-air heating, and industrial and process burners, which we supply and service throughout Poland.
That last part says more about us than its share of our orders suggests. We have worked with the Turkish burner manufacturer EcoStar for thirteen years. An industrial burner does not forgive improvisation: sized badly it smokes, eats fuel and stops at the worst possible moment, and in a production plant every hour of downtime has a price. That school of thought carries straight over to air conditioning in a home — we size capacity after calculating heat gains for the actual rooms, not by a rule of thumb. Which is why our units neither run at their limit in July nor sit at half load.
The company was founded in February 2021 and operates from its office at ul. 11 Listopada 1 in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The company is young — the team's experience is not.

How we work
Four things we can promise, because they cost us nothing but consistency — which is why we keep them.
- A quote before you decide, free of charge. If something cannot honestly be calculated remotely we say so and propose a site visit, instead of sending an unsupported price range.
- We answer enquiries within 48 hours on working days. We attend breakdowns without delay, unless a service contract specifies a particular response time.
- We service systems that are not ours. We take over installations and burners from other companies — after a baseline inspection that establishes the starting condition.
- We say what we will not do. If a job is beyond our competence, or a client's idea makes no technical sense, we would rather lose the order than build something we would not put our name to.

The company holds a company certificate issued by the Office of Technical Inspection (Urząd Dozoru Technicznego), Katowice branch. It authorises installation, maintenance, servicing, repair and decommissioning of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and heat pumps containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.

We publish the number deliberately. A certificate without a number is only a claim — with a number it can be checked in the register kept by UDT, and that is a different category of credibility.

Questions about the company
The company has existed since 2021 — isn't that a short track record?
The company, yes, but the team has worked in the trade for longer. We have worked with the burner manufacturer EcoStar for thirteen years. We would rather state the real registration date and explain the context than claim years that appear in no register.
Are you an authorised EcoStar representative in Poland?
We do not use that term. We have worked with the manufacturer for thirteen years and we supply and service its burners, but we hold no written representative or distributor status — and we will not write something we could not show on paper.
Do you serve private clients or only businesses?
Both. We install air conditioning and heat-recovery ventilation in houses and apartments, and we look after burners and industrial installations in production plants. We are a limited liability company and we issue invoices.
